The Ruger RXM is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9 mm Luger, designed for everyday carry as well as precise target shooting. It features a 4" barrel, with an overall length of 7.15", height of 5.31", and slide width of 1". The weight without the magazine is 23.2 oz (658 g).

The slide is optics-ready and compatible with RMR, DPP, and RMSc footprint optics. The sighting system includes a tritium front sight and an adjustable rear sight. The frame is equipped with a Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip (EHG) in Stealth Gray and houses a removable stainless steel Fire Control Insert, offering modularity and customization. The barrel is finished in durable Black Nitride. The flat-faced trigger provides a smooth pull and a tactile, audible reset. The pistol comes with two PMAG® 15 GL9™ magazines, each with a capacity of 15+1 rounds.
