Cobalt Kinetics AR-15 Pro Series 16", .223Rem, CK green color

Cobalt Kinetics AR-15 Pro Series 16" is a modern semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Rem, designed with an emphasis on accuracy, reliability, recoil mitigation and ambidextrous operation. Both the upper and lower receivers are manufactured from Cobalt Kinetics 7075-T6 billet aluminum. The upper receiver incorporates a reverse-threaded barrel nut system designed to provide even barrel seating and more precise barrel-extension tolerances. The free-floating handguard is secured to the upper receiver using a four-point, eight-screw mounting system.

This configuration features a 16" (40.6 cm) Rosco Manufacturing barrel with a 1:8" twist, Cobalt RCB 2.0 muzzle device and a 13" (33.0 cm) Cobalt Kinetics 7 Side M-LOK handguard with four QD mounts. The rifle is equipped with an M16 Nitride MPI/HPT bolt, Radian Raptor LT charging handle and Geissele G2S trigger. The gas block is a Cobalt Kinetics Low Profile Fixed model. Controls include an ambidextrous safety.

The stock assembly consists of a B5 Systems Bravo stock, Vltor five-position buffer tube and adjustable Cobalt Kinetics Pro Buffer. The rifle also features a B5 Systems Type 23 P-Grip. Overall length is approximately 84.5–92.5 cm, depending on the position of the VLTOR stock, and this variant weighs 3.1 kg including magazine. The Melonite® finish provides increased surface resistance to wear and corrosion.
