The Mossberg 590 Shockwave – Cerakote FDE is a 12GA pump-action shotgun built on the proven 590 platform. It combines compact dimensions, rugged construction, and the distinctive ergonomics of the Shockwave series.
The shotgun features a 365 mm (14.375") Heavy-Walled Barrel finished in Cerakote Flat Dark Earth (FDE). The barrel utilizes a fixed Cylinder Bore, making it suitable for both shotshells and slugs.
The receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting and incorporates dual extractors, twin action bars, and a positive steel-to-steel lockup for reliable operation. The platform also features Mossberg's ambidextrous manual safety.
The firearm is fitted with the signature Shockwave Raptor Grip (Bird's-head Grip) designed to reduce perceived recoil. A Corn Cob polymer forend with an integrated retention strap provides enhanced control during operation.
