The SXP XTREM DEFENDER HIGH CAPACITY 12M is a 12/76 pump-action shotgun built on the Super X Pump (SXP) platform. The design combines increased magazine capacity, extensive ergonomic adjustability, and the robust construction features characteristic of the XTREM Defender series.
The shotgun is equipped with a 510 mm (20") barrel utilizing Back-Bored Technology. The steel barrel features a matte finish and incorporates the Invector Plus™ interchangeable choke system. The standard configuration includes a Door Breacher Cylinder choke. Both the chamber and bore are chrome plated to enhance durability and simplify maintenance.
The receiver is manufactured from aluminum alloy and paired with a black composite stock and forend. The shotgun utilizes a tactical pistol-grip stock with an adjustable fitting system. Included with the firearm are two interchangeable combs and a set of spacers for stock and recoil pad adjustment, allowing multiple ergonomic configurations to suit individual shooters.
Sighting equipment consists of a steel blade front sight and a Ghost Ring rear sight. A Picatinny rail is integrated on top of the receiver, providing compatibility with optical sights and other accessories.
The action incorporates dual steel action bars and a four-lug rotary bolt that ensures secure lock-up. The design also features a drop-out trigger group and other components characteristic of the SXP platform. Ammunition is fed from a tubular magazine with a 7+1 round capacity.
