Tisas introduces the new ZPT 223 rifle series, combining modern AR-15-style construction with a robust piston system and cold hammer-forged barrels for precision and long service life. At launch, two configurations are available: the ZPT 223 S with a 10.5" barrel, ideal for maximum compactness and maneuverability, and the ZPT 223 with a 14.5" barrel, offering longer range and slightly improved ballistics. Both rifles share the same short-stroke gas piston system, folding six-position stock, and a fore-end with Picatinny rails for optics and accessories, a 1:8 twist rate suitable for modern ammunition, and polymer magazines available in 10- or 30-round capacities.
The main difference between the two versions lies only in barrel length and overall rifle length; ergonomics, piston system, and other construction features remain identical, allowing users to choose purely based on preference — compactness versus slightly enhanced ballistics.
The ZPT 223 series will later expand to include longer 16" models, offering even greater stability and range, though these variants are not part of this initial launch.
TISAS offers the ZPT 223 and ZPT 223 S models in these color versions:
♦ Black - classic tactical version,
♦ Sand (FDE - Flat Dark Earth) - suitable for military and outdoor environments,
♦ Tungsten Grey - a modern and stylish choice for concealed carry.
♦ Bronze - bronze version, a more distinctive type of FDE design.
