SHIELD ARMS S15 + 5 Preinstalled magazine Extension Nitrocarb - Black

The Shield Arms S15 +5 Pre-Installed Magazine Extension is a complete magazine solution for Glock 43X and Glock 48 pistols, supplied with the +5 extension professionally installed and function-tested by Shield Arms. Based on the S15 Gen3 steel magazine, it increases capacity from 15 to 20 rounds of 9mm, while eliminating the need for separate installation.

The S15 Gen3 magazine features a durable steel construction and a black QPQ Nitrocarburized finish for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance. Its patented design provides 15-round capacity while retaining the compact profile of the OEM Glock magazine. The +5 extension is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum billet and finished with black Type II anodizing, providing a lightweight yet durable solution for the additional capacity.

The extension incorporates a 12-coil power spring designed for reliable feeding at the full 20-round capacity, as well as an easy-access floor plate for convenient servicing and cleaning. Index cuts on the extension body improve grip when drawing the magazine from a pouch. The complete magazine is compatible with Shield Arms Carry and Premium Magwells and most aftermarket flared magwells.

For proper and reliable operation, the S15 magazine requires a Shield Arms steel magazine catch. The manufacturer specifically recommends replacing the OEM polymer catch with either its Standard or Premium steel version. The complete magazine is made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty together with the Spring for Life guarantee.
