The Mossberg 940 JM Pro was developed in collaboration with world champion Jerry Miculek to meet the demands of competitive shooters in IPSC Shotgun, 3-Gun, and other practical shooting disciplines. Every aspect of this semi-automatic shotgun is engineered for speed, reliability, and smooth handling. It is chambered in 12/76.
The shotgun features a 610 mm (24") vent rib barrel with a durable Matte Blued finish. It comes equipped with a set of Briley Extended Chokes, allowing shooters to fine-tune shot patterns for different stages and shooting disciplines.
At its core is the Mossberg Cleaner-Running Gas System, engineered to deliver fast, reliable cycling while allowing up to 1,500 rounds between cleanings. Nickel Boron-coated internal components reduce friction, increase durability, and contribute to exceptionally smooth operation.
Designed with competition in mind, the shotgun features an enlarged and beveled loading port, an oversized charging handle, and an enlarged bolt release to speed up reloads and improve handling during fast-paced shooting. Mossberg's signature textured grip surfaces provide a secure hold in every condition.
The black synthetic stock features an adjustable Length of Pull ranging from 330 to 362 mm (13"–14.25"), allowing shooters to tailor the fit to their individual preferences.
A HIVIZ® Fiber Optic Front Sight provides rapid target acquisition and excellent visibility in varying light conditions.
The tubular magazine holds 9+1 rounds, reducing the need for frequent reloads during competition.
