The Taurus 905 is a compact revolver chambered in 9mm Luger, designed primarily with concealed carry in mind. Its five-shot cylinder uses 9mm Luger ammunition, and the revolver utilizes Taurus Stellar Clips® to facilitate loading and extraction of spent cases. The DA/SA action allows both double-action and single-action firing.
The compact design is complemented by a 2" (51 mm) barrel and fixed front and rear sights. With an overall length of 165 mm, height of 112 mm, and width of 36 mm, the Taurus 905 is easy to carry and well suited to everyday concealed carry. The soft rubber grip provides a secure and comfortable hold.
The frame, cylinder, and barrel are made from stainless steel and feature a matte stainless finish, providing durability while reducing glare. The barrel has 6 grooves with a 1:10" RH twist.
The revolver is equipped with a transfer bar safety mechanism, providing an additional measure of protection against accidental discharge.
With a 5-round capacity, an unloaded weight of 595 g, and a compact 2" (51 mm) barrel, the Taurus 905 combines the simplicity of a revolver with the widespread availability of 9mm Luger ammunition.
